I'm becoming impatient to get out of this country.

I took a walk down a local trail at noontime today. I was enjoying the greenery and the general tranquility when somebody on a goddamned motorized bike drove past me. From behind.

There is no damned place I can to escape the sound of motors. Technology is filling the world with noise pollution.

These "developed" countries are expensive to live in. I might be able to live in a safe developing country without working at all, with just my veteran's benefits.

But the air is shit in all of east Asia and there's crime in Cambodia and the Phillippines, apparently. According to tonight's research. And I don't want to have to learn yet another Asian language, jesus christ.

I don't like the sound of Tagalog. And Vietnamese is so ugly, with all those random-looking accents.

Yesterday's orientation for the veteran's employment program was a waste of time. I still don't even know whether I'm eligible.

I'm going to run out of food again this month. I'm so goddamned tired of never having enough produce.
